Who we are

What we collect
- Sellers: name, phone, email, property address, property condition, timeline and reason for selling, and whether you agreed to text messages.
- Cash buyers: name, email, phone, company, buying criteria, account login details, which deals you mark as interesting, and whether you agreed to text messages.
- Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and advertising click identifiers (such as Google Ads "gclid" and UTM tags) to measure our ads.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, make offers and close transactions.
- To send cash buyers the deal announcements they signed up for.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit a form, we'll contact you about your request by phone, email or a personal text message.
If you check the text-message consent box, we may also send you texts about your property (sellers) or new deals (buyers), including automated messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of getting an offer or using this site. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, our CRM, and email and text-message delivery.
- For sellers: when we market or assign our purchase contract, we share property details (address, condition, photos and contract terms) with investors and, on some deals, a joint-venture partner. Your name and contact details go only to the buyer we assign the contract to and to the title company or closing attorney handling the closing.
- For buyers: with the title company or closing attorney on a deal you buy.
- When required by law, or with your permission.
All of the above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the text-message provider that delivers messages you agreed to receive.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and protect forms from forgery. We also use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set cookies and collect data such as pages visited and ad clicks so we can measure our advertising. Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with access controls, encrypted connections and hashed passwords.
